How close to my wedding should I place my order?
The petals will keep for 6-12 months if stored correctly in a cool, dark place. However, we have a delayed order system which allows you to place your order straight away and we will post it to you approximately 2 weeks before your wedding.

Are the petals biodegradable?
All our confetti are 100% biodegradable which is often the only type allowed by venues.
Can the petals stain?
We cannot 100% guarantee that colour will not run as these are natural coloured petals, we have never had a single case of this occurring!
How much confetti do I need?
This is a guide to how many litres of real petal confetti you will need for your big day. Some mixes may alter slightly from this depending on the size of the petals.
Typically a handful of confetti is between 50ml – 100ml. The figures are an estimate depending on how you display the confetti.
I already have my own packaging, how much confetti do I need?
It really depends on what packaging you have. If you base it on a handful of confetti being between 50ml – 100ml depending on how large your hands are!
What does a litre of petals look like?
Petals are measured using plastic jugs as you would find in your kitchen. Single litre jugs are scooped in the petals to fill them.
We then part seal the bags and take out as much air as possible. This prevents them popping in the post as often the mail service doesn’t handle our petals as delicately as we do! It also helps the petals keep for longer if you’re not using them for a while.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Our standard processing is 1-2 business days.
All our UK orders are sent by Royal Mail 2nd Class delivery which estimates 2-3 business days from the date of postage. If you require your order sooner you can also choose to upgrade to 1st Class delivery. This will be processed within 1 - 2 working days and sent 1st class with Royal Mail. If it’s required sooner, please contact us after placing your order and it can be sent as soon as the next working day (or same day).
International Orders - estimates 7-10 business days (about two weeks), to reach Australia/North America, 5-7 EU. Please note that delays may happens (weather, holidays, customs clearance etc.).
I haven't received my order yet?
All our orders are sent out via Royal Mail and we receive a tracking code for each delivery. If you haven’t received your order yet it might just be down to extremely busy periods or Postman Pat taking a little longer than usual. If you pop us a message over email including your order number we will respond to you within 48hrs (often sooner) with an update.
What should I do if my order hasn't been delivered yet?
Please contact us by email . Allow 48hrs for replies. We will do our best to respond quicker particularly when weddings are imminent.
I haven't received an order confirmation?
If you haven’t had your order confirmation email through it is likely it’s either ended up in your spam folder or been blocked by your mail server. Don’t panic, just get in touch with us by email with the name your order was placed under and your delivery postcode and we’ll send over your confirmation email again.
